		<description>It partly depends on your major. For some majors, Mac is the industry standard, for others you might need something else. The most accurate advice would be to contact the department  for your major and ask if they have any preferred guidelines.
If they don&#039;t, do some research into reliability, repair ratings, service and support ratings, etc. as well as price. Apple usually offers some special deals as graduation nears and they always have student pricing that will save a little off standard retail. Last year if you bought a laptop, you got a free printer and a free iPod nano from Apple. That was a good deal. Others probably have student deals too so do your homework and shop around.</description>
