Recommended Beach For Boogey Boarding/big Waves Around Santa Cruz, Ca?
Posted on December 30th, 2009 by Dot
I’m looking for a good, hopefully clean, beach around Santa Cruz area to go boogeyboarding during the weekend, so also one with good waves…the Boardwalk beach doesn’t have any good waves for boarding….I’m considering New Brighton, Sunset, or Seacliff beach. But please give suggestions, recommendations or further thoughts, it would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Stumble it!

Lighthouse point, East Cliff, Steamers Lane, Moss Landing State Beach. Always be careful of the Surf Nazis that may be at Moss Landing.
I know Mavericks has huge waves, but surfers mainly get towed-in or use “guns”. I don’t know about boogey boarding.
