Is Ucsc Or Ucsb A Better School ? What If I Want To Go To Med School?

Neither are THAT great for med school. However, as long as you can achieve a high GPA and get good MCAT scores, then you’ll be fine at either of them.
Choosing UCSC over UCSB isn’t going to be the difference between your acceptance to med school…and vice versa.
However, note that UCSB is known for having very weak biological sciences.

UCSB is the better school but both are in the top 100 out of all the colleges in the country including the private schools.
