Yes it is possible to transfer somewhere else as a senior. You will need to have probably about 30 hours left to take and spend two full semesters at that college. Twelve of the thirty need to be in your major. Well at least that is the policy at my college. I think It would be best to call the UC admissions/records office because this type of information may not be on a website. Nevertheless you don’t want any complications with graduating.
