to be blunt, your gpa and SAT score don’t look quite good enough anyways for Davis to accept despite them cutting down admissions
however, i’ve heard of people getting into UCSC with a gpa lower than 3.0, either way you should always apply to where you want to go even if you don’t think you’ll make it.
