RIVERSIDE: 3.0-3.29 gpa, 73.1 percent people applied
MERCED: 3.0-3.29 gpa, 84.6 percent
UCSB: 3.0-3.29 gpa, 7.7 percent
UCSC: 3.0-3.29 gpa, 43.0 percent
UCI 3.0-3.29 gpa 2.1 percent

i honestly dont think you can get into any UC university with that GPA and SAT, but give UC Merced and UC Riverside a try, they have high admission rates, but also their GPA miniums are around 3.50 ..
