Does Ucsb And Ucsc Have Good Music Programs?

I want to play in the orchestra and study music theory and business and in college. I really like UCSB and UCSC but I’m not sure if they really excel in the music category. Does anyone know?

    UCSC has a superb music program. Plus, they have an orchestra….something that UCSB does not have.
