Beer Contest in Santa Cruz
Saw a mention in the local paper, Aug 22, 2007, for a unique contest in Santa Cruz for organic homebrew beer. The company having the contest is Seven Bridges Cooperative Homebrew Supplies on River Street in Santa Cruz.
All ingredients for this homebrew must be organic and must only use yeast that is GMO free. The winner gets to have their brew recipe brewed at a microbrewery. Those in the eastern half of the US will submit their recipes to a brewery in Vermont.
