Another expensive property

This old house and one next door( which is boarded up) located on Seabright Avenue in Santa Cruz are currently on the market as land for sale as a PUD development. I lost the damn flyer but it was over a million dollars...maybe even 2 mil.
Just another example of the costly price of real estate in Santa Cruz. Even if there is a slump in the housing market it is still very expensive in Santa Cruz.
But oddly the lower priced homes, around $700,000, are not selling well. The average citizen cannot afford them. The ones that are selling briskly are the one million dollar plus properties. Thank you, George Bush and friends.
